People often ask me, "Why are you drawn to coaching?" Well, the truth is,
I love what I do. Being part of the profound work between my clients and myself, watching the moment when the light switch flips on, when the dots are connected, when the Rubik's cube makes its last click into place and the puzzle is completed. In the coaching world it's called the "Aha!" moment, when it all comes together, the energy shifts, the world looks new, and the possibilities are endless. It is in this moment that positive change has been created.

But beyond that, I love the deep human effect coaching has on an individual and the world around them, and the ripple effect of our work together that has the opportunity of touching many lives.
